Step into the 4th Changsha International Construction Machinery Exhibition

The 4th Changsha International Construction Machinery Exhibition will be held at Changsha International Convention and Exhibition Center from May 15th to 18th, 2025. This exhibition, themed "High-end, Intelligent and Green - New Generation of Construction Machinery, Emergency Equipment, Mining Equipment, Agricultural Machinery and Transportation Equipment", gathered 1,806 exhibitors from around the world, covering an exhibition area of 300,000 square meters. It attracted over 300,000 domestic and international professional visitors from more than 60 countries and regions. The China Hydraulic, Pneumatic and Sealing Components Industry Association (referred to as "the Association") and the Hydraulic, Pneumatic and Sealing Magazine Co., LTD. (referred to as "the Magazine") were invited to participate in this exhibition and visited some mainframe and hydraulic and sealing enterprises.

The FCV28CP02 digital multi-way valve developed by Yantai Aidi Hydraulic Technology Co., LTD., the PMV3-9-ED-SY01 digital multi-way valve developed by Shenzhen Costen Hydraulic Equipment Co., LTD., and the ZD-DVC-03 digital multi-way valve controller developed by Zhejiang University were exhibited. The L6VM107EP2D/ 65W-VAB020HPB-0400-S digital motor developed by Suzhou Liyuan and the HA2FM28/63W-VZB01DF-S027 digital motor developed by Hytec Power Co., LTD. Products such as the M22F180B00-W180-MJE2F15/ BT/RC/S digital motor developed by Hangzhou Lilong Hydraulic Co., LTD., the M28S802G digital multi-way valve developed by Sany Heavy Industry, and the external digital cylinder developed by Loudi Zhongxing Hydraulic Components Co., LTD.

Yantai Aidi Hydraulic Technology Co., LTDThe FCV28CP02 digital multi-way valve on display has a rated pressure of ≥35MPa and a rated flow rate of 300L/min. The product features online health monitoring, enabling valve core fault diagnosis, and the current valve core displacement hysteresis is ≤1.

Shenzhen Kosten Hydraulic Equipment Co., LTDThe exhibited PMV3-9-ED-SY01 digital multi-way valve has a maximum flow rate of 140L/min, a maximum pressure of 42MPa, a valve core hysteresis of less than 1.8%, a response time of less than 200ms, a protection grade of IP67, adopts real-time feedback of digital control information, precise proportional control, and CAN BUS communication. Multi-threaded parallel 0.5ms precise closed loop, multi-state perception and fault diagnosis.

Zhejiang UniversityThe exhibited ZD-DVC-03 digital multi-way valve controller, in combination with the electric proportional valve, realizes the closed-loop control of the digital multi-way valve. It mainly includes the closed-loop control of the valve core position, the closed-loop control of the pilot pressure, the flow control, and the CAN bus control. It can monitor the status information such as the valve core position, pressure, and temperature of the digital multi-way valve in real time, and realize the fault diagnosis and health management of the digital multi-way valve.

Suzhou Liyuan Hydraulic Co., LTD  The developed L6VM107EP2D/ 65W-VAB020HPB-0400-S digital motor has a maximum rotational speed of 5600r/min & Vgmin, a rated pressure of 40MPa, a volumetric efficiency of > 95%, a minimum stable rotational speed of 25r/min & 35MPa, and a start-up response time of ≤20ms. Displacement closed-loop control, control hysteresis < 2%, real-time perception of working status, and integrated fault diagnosis function.

Hetek Power Co., LTDThe exhibited HA2FM28/63W-VZB01DF-S027 digital motor has a maximum rotational speed of 4500r/min, a rated pressure of 40MPa, a volumetric efficiency of over 95%, a minimum stable rotational speed of 50r/min&38.5MPa, and adopts an integrated controller with an integrated working status sensor fault diagnosis function.

Sany Heavy IndustryThe technical parameters of the developed M28S802G digital multi-way valve are as follows: Rated pressure ≥35MPa, rated flow ≥500L/min, valve core position hysterical loop ≤1.5%, protection grade IP67, and CAN BUS communication is adopted.

During the visit, we also learned about the relevant information of some of the participating hydraulic, sealing and mainframe enterprises.

Shengbang Group Co., LTDThe SDLP180 series multi-way valves, SLVS12 series and SM722 series multi-way valves were exhibited. Among them, the SM722 series multi-way valve has a rated pressure of 350bar and a rated flow rate of 350L/min. It features a cast oil passage, compact structure, selectable working connection number and control mode, and is mainly applied in the crane field.

Weichai Hydraulic Transmission Co., LTDThe DH17 scraper control valve was exhibited, with a nominal flow rate of 250L/min, a nominal pressure of 25MPa, and a safety valve pressure of 21MPa. Composed of a lifting valve and a tilting valve, it respectively controls the lifting and tilting of the bulldozer's inclined blade. It is the core control component of the bulldozer's working system. The blade control valve features low internal leakage, low operating force, sensitive operation, low noise, and reliable performance. It is suitable for 220-horsepower bulldozers.

Shaoyang Weike Hydraulic Co., LTDThe SY-A4VSH180EP2/30R-PZB25 U07 plunger pump on display adopts electro-proportional displacement control, featuring fast response and high precision. It is driven through the shaft and can be connected in series. It has high pressure, heavy load and high reliability. The displacement is 180cm ³, the rated pressure is 350bar, the peak pressure is 400bar, and the maximum rotational speed is 2000r/min. It is applied in industries such as stackers, straddles, extruders and cranes.

Hefei Changyuan Hydraulic Co., LTDThe ultra-quiet arc helical gear pump was exhibited, with a nominal displacement of 3-200mL/r, a rated pressure of 20/25 mpa, a maximum pressure of 25/28 mpa, a rated speed of 2000r/min, and a speed range of 300-4000r/min. It features the silent performance of high-precision helical gear products with independently designed curve parameters. The noise under the rated working condition is lower than 55dB (A) /60dB(A). The front end cover reduces the high-pressure area, and the rear end cover's high-pressure pin shaft eliminates the radial force mechanism. Combined with the special floating shaft sleeve, the overall load-bearing capacity is strong and the reliability is high. Reduce the pulsation and vibration of the pump during operation without causing energy dissipation. It has a higher volumetric efficiency and reduces consumption at low speeds. Under the same energy throttling conditions, it can operate at different speeds. Save costs by eliminating noise control measures.

Qingdao Pangu Intelligent Manufacturing Co., LTDThe piston accumulator was exhibited. The inner surface of the cylinder was precisely processed. The end covers on the gas side and oil side were sealed with O-rings. The working temperature range of the accumulator can reach -40 to 100℃, and the design pressure can reach 350bar. The accumulator was designed, manufactured and tested in accordance with the PED (2014/68/EU) directive.

XCMG GroupThe XE135GA excavator was on display. It features an engine power curve tailored to the excavator's working conditions, with low speed and high torque, low fuel consumption and low noise. The large-capacity after-treatment system has a regeneration cycle of over 100 hours, a non-intrusive regeneration technology, and an extremely long DPF dust cleaning cycle. Adopting XCMG's proprietary matching technology, the operation efficiency is higher, the fuel consumption is lower, the control performance is further enhanced, the control is more precise, the leveling and loading performance is better, the large-displacement high-efficiency main pump has an increased power density, and the overall operation volume is greater. The new generation of high-efficiency main valve eliminates some logic valves, resulting in smaller pressure loss and more outstanding working capacity. The bucket rod oil cylinder has been thickened, increasing the maximum digging force of the bucket rod by 9%, making the cutting more powerful. A brand-new large-sized pure parallel aluminum radiator is adopted, using integral brazing technology. It is equipped with a large-capacity positive pressure degassing expansion water tank to reduce cavitation and extend the service life of the water pump. Combined with a large-diameter fan, it can meet the continuous operation requirements in an environment of 50℃. The brand-new ultra-wide field of vision cab has enhanced sealing and lower noise. The new seat structure allows the armrest box to be adjusted synchronously with the seat. All operations are within easy reach, making the operation more comfortable. The new generation of electronic control system, one-button start, touch screen instrument, and more convenient interaction.

ZoomlionMore than 100 sets of high-end products in 9 major categories, including engineering cranes, concrete machinery, construction cranes, earthmoving machinery, mining machinery, aerial work platforms and emergency equipment, were on display. The world's largest 4,000-ton all-terrain crane, the industry's first hydrogen energy pump truck, the R-generation tower crane that combines intelligence and safety, and high-end green aerial work machinery all demonstrate the benchmark strength of high-end manufacturing.

Liewo Heavy IndustryThe FR350F fully electronically controlled excavator, which is widely used in municipal infrastructure operations, was on display. It is equipped with Weichai's high-end H platform engine and Linde's fully electronically controlled hydraulic system, featuring good matching and higher reliability. The boom and boom are treated with overall stress relief annealing, which greatly improves the reliability. Standard equipped with a 1.9m ³ earthwork reinforced bucket, with an optimized and upgraded bucket shape, resulting in lower cutting resistance. The brand-new platform architecture has significantly enhanced its load-bearing capacity. It features reinforced four-wheel and one-wheel support, and the sprocket adopts a double-support structure.

Hydraulics and seals are one of the accessory parts of construction machinery and play an important role. In recent years, with the rapid development of high-end, intelligent and green construction machinery, new development opportunities have been brought to hydraulic and sealing enterprises. Associations and magazines visited the exhibition, learned about the usage of hydraulic and sealing products in the construction machinery industry, recommended high-quality hydraulic and sealing products to mainframe customers, and built an important industry platform for achieving collaborative innovation and development along the industrial chain.
